About
Ashten is a 28-year-old self-taught interdisciplinary artist from Prince George’s County, Maryland. A proud Black American and queer creative, Ashten embraces both She/Her and They/Them pronouns, reflecting a fluid identity that informs and enriches their artistic expression.
Rooted in a lineage of musical influence, Ashten’s journey began in early childhood, nurtured by the soulful presence of their mother and grandfather. From attending concerts at the age of five to absorbing the rhythms of life, music has always been a guiding force.
Driven by a deep spiritual connection to God and an intuitive creative process, Ashten’s work emerges organically—often sparked by sudden visions or feelings that demand to be expressed. Their art is a reflection of inner truth, divine inspiration, and lived experience.
333LOOKZ serves as the central hub for Ashten’s creative universe, showcasing a dynamic blend of painting, mixed media, and written word. Each piece invites viewers into a world shaped by identity, emotion, and the unseen—where art becomes both a mirror and a message.
